Built upon the ancient ruins of Mousu Picchu, this technologically-advanced superstructure of a city lies behind the endless, twisting corridors of the Labyrinth. Hunters must brave the mind-bending maze before entering this city in order to discover the secrets behind its multi-faceted society.

Overview

Zokor is located in the Hollow Heights region requiring a minimum rank of Duke or Duchess, the Labyrinth Key, and navigating the Labyrinth to enter.
The Labyrinth Key can be purchased at the Fungal Cavern Cartographer in exchange for 30,000 gold and 1 Crystal Crucible.
Hunters must navigate the Labyrinth to enter Zokor. While in Zokor Hunters are unable to access the Labyrinth.
Leaving Zokor (or the Labyrinth) will not reset a Hunter's progress.
The District open to Hunters in Zokor is dependent on the number and type of clues they have collected while navigating the Labyrinth.

Entering Zokor

Once Hunters have accumulated 100 (or more) total clues in the Labyrinth, they will be presented with District Doorways at the end of their current Hallway. The District Doorways encountered are dependent upon the number of each type of clue found while hunting in the Labyrinth.

  • Fealty Districts
The Outer Fealty Shrine is encountered when Hunters have collected 15 to 49 Fealty clues.
The Inner Fealty Temple is encountered when Hunters have collected 50 to 79 Fealty clues.
The Templar's Sanctum is encountered when Hunters have collected 80 or more Fealty clues.
  • Scholar Districts
The Neophyte Scholar Study is encountered when Hunters have collected 15 to 49 Scholar clues.
The Master Scholar Auditorium is encountered when Hunters have collected 50 to 79 Scholar clues.
The Dark Library is encountered when Hunters have collected 80 or more Scholar clues.
  • Tech Districts
The Tech Foundry Outskirts is encountered when Hunters have collected 15 to 49 Tech clues.
The Tech Research Centre is encountered when Hunters have collected 50 to 79 Tech clues.
The Manaforge is encountered when Hunters have collected 80 or more Tech clues.
  • Treasury Districts
The Treasure Room is encountered when Hunters have collected 15 to 49 Treasury clues.
The Treasure Vault is encountered when Hunters have collected 50 or more Treasury clues.
  • Farming Districts
The Farming Garden will be available to Hunters, even if they have collected zero Farming clues. The minimum Stealth in the Farming Garden is 10. Collecting more that 10 Farming clues will increase Stealth accordingly.
The Overgrown Farmhouse is encountered when Hunters have collected 50 or more Farming clues.
  • The Lair of the Minotaur
To encounter the Lair of the Minotaur, Hunters must have a minimum of 30 each of Fealty, Scholar, and Tech clues.
To enter the Lair of the Minotaur, Hunters must craft a Minotaur Key. This key is consumed upon entry.

Stealth and Alert Levels

Once Hunters have entered Zokor, the number of the clues found for that District provide the same amount of Stealth.

Stealth is decreased by 1 for each successful catch or failure to attract of a mouse.

A failure to catch will result in a loss of Stealth equal to the Alert Level of the district.

When Stealth reaches zero Hunters are returned to the beginning of the Labyrinth.

Clue Thresholds

The number of clues collected in the Labyrinth will equal the amount of Stealth available to the Hunter while in a District in Zokor.
Once Stealth is exhausted Hunters will be returned to the beginning of the Labyrinth.
Stealth is not used in the Lair of the Minotaur and Hunters can remain there until successfully capturing the Retired Minotaur.

District Leaders

District Leaders are only found in Alert Level 3 Fealty, Scholar, and Tech Districts. District Leaders are guarded and Hunters must capture 20 mice before the Leaders reveal themselves. District Leaders can only be caught once per visit to their District.

The Dark Library is a Level 3 Scholar District and is home to the Soul Binder which drops the Sacred Script.

The Manaforge is a Level 3 Tech District and is home to the Manaforge Smith which drops the Powercore Hammer.

The Templar's Sanctum is a Level 3 Fealty District and is home to the Paladin Weapon Master which drops the Infused Plate.

The three District Leader loots are required to craft the Minotaur Key. Without the Minotaur Key, Hunters are not able to enter the Lair of the Minotaur. The Minotaur Key is consumed upon entering the Lair of the Minotaur and each additional visit will require a new key.

The Retired Minotaur

Stealth is not used in the Lair of the Minotaur. Instead, Hunters are able to hunt there until they successfully capture the Retired Minotaur.

To enter the Lair of the Minotaur, hunters must craft the Minotaur Key which is consumed when entering. Each visit to the Lair of the Minotaur requires a new Minotaur Key.

Capturing the Retired Minotaur moves Hunters back to the Labyrinth and creates an entry in the Hunter's Journal:

Upon capturing the Retired Minotaur Mouse, his grotesque and horrifying minions, the Decrepit Tentacle Terror mice, let out a terrible, piercing cry in unison.
They began to spill and slither into the lair, oozing in from every possible doorway, window and porthole. I was completely overwhelmed and outnumbered, and their sheer numbers grew so large that I was shoved violently backwards, rolling and tumbling out of the city doors in a wave of sludge.
I stood before the now locked doors of Zokor, wiped slime from my clothes, and examined my surroundings. I would need to find another way back in through the Labyrinth and craft another Minotaur Key, but for now, I was victorious!
I plundered the Lair of the Minotaur and lived to tell the tale!
While in the city, I earned [X] gold.
I also found some loot:

The Heads-Up Display - Districts

The HUD in Zokor shows a wide variety of information.

Upper Section

  • This section of the HUD identifies the Hunter's current position in Zokor. It also provides the following information and actions:
Shadow Stalker status - The current activity level of the Shadow Stalker
Closed eyes are present when Glowing Gruyere is armed. The Shadow Stalker avoids traps baited with Glowing Gruyere.
Open eyes with red warning lines are present when any other bait is armed, showing that the Shadow Stalker can be encountered.
Hovering over the eyes allows Hunters to arm or craft Glowing Gruyere. The popup hint states "Only Glowing Gruyere repels Shadow Stalkers!"
Retreat - Hunters can choose to retreat to the beginning of the Labyrinth. All Stealth will be lost and this action cannot be undone. The popup hint states "Are you sure you want to return to the Labyrinth? All progress in this district will be lost! This cannot be undone!"

Central Section

  • The main body of the HUD shows the current Alert Level, the amount of Stealth remaining, and either a Doorway or the District Leader Status.
Alert Level – This section of the HUD shows the current Alert Level of the guards in the District. The Alert Level is equal to the amount of Stealth lost when failing to catch a mouse.
Stealth – This section of the HUD shows the current level of Stealth.
The tool-tip reads:
I can lose up to [X] Stealth while hunting here. (X is equal to the District level)
1 Stealth if I catch a mouse
1 Stealth if I fail to attract a mouse
[X] Stealth if I fail to catch a mouse (X is equal to the District level)
Leader Status – This section is shown as a District Door when Stealth is at level 1 or 2. At level 3 it shows the current status of the District Leader.
At level 3, until 20 mice are captured, this section shows the number of guards remaining before the District Leader becomes active.
The tool-tip reads: The district leader approaches! When I catch 20 mice, they will begin to show up!
Once 20 mice are caught, this section will read Leader Threat
The tool-tip reads: The district leader is here! Capturing them will demoralize the district mice.
Once the leader has been captured this section will show the leader as defeated.
The tool-tip reads: I've defeated the district leader! Their followers are demoralized and will drop 1 piece of extra district loot!

Lower Section

  • This section shows the accumulated materials found in the Labyrinth and Zokor.

The Heads-Up Display - Lair of the Minotaur

The HUD in Zokor shows a wide variety of information.

Upper Section

  • This section of the HUD identifies the Hunter's current position in Zokor.

Central Section

  • The main body of the HUD shows the current Minotaur Strength and Minotaur State.
  • Minotaur Strength
The Minotaur Strength starts at 100% upon entry into Zokor. Every catch decreases Minotaur Strength by 10% but also increases its encounter rate.
The tool-tip reads:
Each mouse I capture demoralizes the Minotaur, weakening him.
  • The Minotaur State has four stages, corresponding to the respective Minotaur Strength:
Napping - 100% Strength
Awake - 80% - 90% Strength
Enraged - 40% - 70% Strength
Reckless - 0% - 30% Strength
The tool-tip reads:
The Minotaur will become enraged by me capturing mice, making him more likely to try and stop me.

Lower Section

  • This section shows the accumulated materials found in the Labyrinth and Zokor.

Hunting Strategy

Hunters can choose between arming Forgotten or Arcane (and Shadow in the Lair of the Minotaur) weapons in order to catch the mice in Zokor.
Standard Cheese will attract all mice in this location, but Glowing Gruyere is preferred by all mice except the Shadow Stalker.

Hunters must collect clues while navigating Hallways in the Labyrinth to be able to enter the various Districts in Zokor.

Adventure Book

Hunters can complete steps to Track Down the Retired Minotaur by visiting the various Zokor Districts.

Tournaments

Zokor mice are worth points during some Tournaments.

Treasure Maps

Many mice in Zokor are found on Labyrinth Treasure Maps.

Hunting tips by Larry

Long lost behind the Labyrinth lies the city of Zokor.

Technological advances beyond modern mouseology, mystics and magics that mystify the mind, faculties of oath-sworn fealty, troves of treasure, and a fungal farm more fruitful than the Fungal Cavern! This layered and clustered multiplex metropolis holds many treasures, wonders, secrets and dangers.

Your journey through the Labyrinth has lead you into this glorious city. Once the Labyrinth hallways have shifted, the city is put on high alert, as your entrance has now been made known.

The more clues you find while in the maze, the deeper into the districts you can travel, and the longer you can stay there. However, the deeper you go, the more alerted the mice are, and you must remain discrete to avoid capture. These clues give your compass information on the best hiding spots for your district, which is measured in Stealth. The more Stealth you have, the longer you can hunt in the city before being caught by the guards and forced out.

As you hunt within these districts of Zokor, your accumulated Stealth will drop as the guards become more aware of your presence. Every hunt will make your presence more known, and failing to catch a mouse can cause more Stealth to be lost as the mouse reports back to the city guard. Once you run completely out of Stealth, the guards will boot you back out to the beginning of the Labyrinth.

You made it this far, don't let them stop you now!
