The original purpose of the Laboratory was to research the minor mouse problem Gnawnia was having. A few less than ethical experiments soon gave rise to new breeds of mice altogether. Now overrun with the very mice it spawned, few hunters dare to step foot on its grounds.
Description and Requirements
The Laboratory is a location in the Burroughs region requiring a minimum rank of Master and the Burroughs Laboratory Map Piece to enter. It is also the primary location in which Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potions are gathered for use in the Mousoleum and Catacombs. Mice in this location may steal points, gold, or multiple pieces of cheese if not captured.
Shops
There are no shops available in the Laboratory. Shops for the Burroughs region can be found in the Town of Digby and Bazaar.

Hunting Strategy
Hunters have several Trap Setup Options for the Laboratory. Hunters looking for Monster mice are advised to use the Digby DrillBot or more powerful weapon and bait it with Radioactive Blue cheese. Without using Radioactive Blue cheese, hunters will never encounter Monsters here. This location is also popular because of the Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potions that most mice drop here. They are, without a doubt, indispensable commodities especially for those who wish to hunt in either the Mousoleum or in the Bristle Woods region. Because most of the mice in the Laboratory are easily attracted even by the cheapest kinds of cheese, even hunters using Cheddar cheese should have moderate hunting success while also allowing them to collect Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potions and, to a lesser extent, Stale Cheese.
Hunting tips by Larry
Welcome to the gloomy Laboratory, brave MouseHunter!
Years ago the King built this laboratory to research why the mouse population was increasing so rapidly. Unfortunately, a few bizarre experiments led to whole new breeds of mice, only making matters worse!
There is much to discover in the Laboratory. A Dwarf mouse has been reported to be carrying a key to a mobile secret research facility. Hunt this Dwarf and acquire the key to unlock a new hunting ground, as well as some new experimental traps!
A few of the mice here have also managed to steal vials of radioactive waste. This radioactive goo is leftover from experiments in creating new, more powerful forms of bait. Whatever they are, I have a feeling they just may come in handy...
A dangerous looking Zombie mouse has also been rumoured to be carrying a tattered piece of the map. I fear this map may lead west, towards the dark forest. Upon finding this piece of map, make sure you are well prepared before traveling to the location it unlocks.
