− | + | | Description = Cloaked in choking mist, the looming tower of the Furoma Rift beckons hunters to scale it. The mist acts as an environmental defence to keep outsiders away from stealing their precious teachings. Too thick for a hunter to breathe or even see through, this area presents quite a challenge.

+ | == Overview == | ||
+ | PAGENAME is a hunting location in Rift Plane region.
| ||
+ | It requires the rank of Grand Duke/Grand Duchess and the Rift Detector to access.
+ | |||
+ | In this location, the Hunter follows the cycle:
+ | *Collecting Enerchi in the Training Grounds
+ | *Entering the Grand Pagoda with a certain Battery, using Enerchi as Droid Charge to have power and luck boosts
+ | **Collecting Battery Fragment in the pagoda
+ | *Repair the Batteries
+ | |||
+ | == Gameplay Mechanics ==
+ | === Sub-locations ===
+ | PAGENAME can be divided into 2 sub-locations:
+ | *The Training Grounds is where the Hunter farms Enerchi
+ | *The Grand Pagoda is where the Hunter uses the Battery to boost trap stats, as well as loots Battery Fragment to upgrade the battery itself.
+ | |||
+ | Those 2 sub-locations have entirely different attraction pool.
+ | |||
+ | ==== Training Grounds ====
+ | This is the starting sub-location in PAGENAME.
| ||
+ | The Hunter can return here by either:
+ | *Recalling the Droid when in the Grand Pagoda
+ | *Running out of charge in the Grand Pagoda
− | + | From this sub-location, the Hunter can choose to enter the Grand Pagoda with a certain Battery level.
− | |||
− | |||
− | |||
− | === | + | ==== Grand Pagoda ==== |
− | + | The Hunter can enter this sub-location from the Training Grounds.
− | + | The Hunter can choose to recall the Droid to return to the Training Grounds.
| |
− | + | The Hunter will be transferred to Training Grounds if the charge drop to 0.
− | === | + | === Battery === |
− | + | In the Grand Pagoda, a battery mechanic is used.
+ | *There are 10 batteries, numbered from 1 to 10, each has:
+ | :*Power and Luck boosts
+ | :::I repaired one of my Combat Droid's batteries!
+ | :::My Droid can now boost my trap by:

Cloaked in choking mist, the looming tower of the Furoma Rift beckons hunters to scale it. The mist acts as an environmental defence to keep outsiders away from stealing their precious teachings. Too thick for a hunter to breathe or even see through, this area presents quite a challenge.
The mist will be the least of your problems. It is rumored that the most powerful mice yet to be encountered reside inside and grow stronger every day. |
Overview
Furoma Rift is a hunting location in Rift Plane region.
It requires the rank of Grand Duke/Grand Duchess and the Rift Detector to access.
In this location, the Hunter follows the cycle:
- Collecting Enerchi in the Training Grounds
- Entering the Grand Pagoda with a certain Battery, using Enerchi as Droid Charge to have power and luck boosts
- Collecting Battery Fragment in the pagoda
- Repair the Batteries
Gameplay Mechanics
Sub-locations
Furoma Rift can be divided into 2 sub-locations:
- The Training Grounds is where the Hunter farms Enerchi
- The Grand Pagoda is where the Hunter uses the Battery to boost trap stats, as well as loots Battery Fragment to upgrade the battery itself.
Those 2 sub-locations have entirely different attraction pool.
Training Grounds
This is the starting sub-location in Furoma Rift.
The Hunter can return here by either:
- Recalling the Droid when in the Grand Pagoda
- Running out of charge in the Grand Pagoda
From this sub-location, the Hunter can choose to enter the Grand Pagoda with a certain Battery level.
Grand Pagoda
The Hunter can enter this sub-location from the Training Grounds.
The Hunter can choose to recall the Droid to return to the Training Grounds.
The Hunter will be transferred to Training Grounds if the charge drop to 0.
Battery
In the Grand Pagoda, a battery mechanic is used.
- There are 10 batteries, numbered from 1 to 10, each has:
- Power and Luck boosts
- I repaired one of my Combat Droid's batteries!
- My Droid can now boost my trap by:
- X Power
- Y Luck
- A battery capacity
- A level of Enerchi usage
- Catching a mouse depleted X Enerchi from my Combat Droid's current battery.
- Failing to catch a mouse sapped X Enerchi from my Combat Droid's current battery.
- Failing to attract a mouse sapped X Enerchi from my Combat Droid's current battery.
- Being pillaged by a mouse sapped X Enerchi from my Combat Droid's current battery.

Droid
When entering the Grand Pagoda, a Droid mechanic is used:
- The Hunter choose a Battery to utilize:
- An amount of Enerchi equal to the cumulative enerchi of that battery is consumed.
- The same number becomes the Droid Charge, filling the batteries from Battery 1 to the chosen Battery.
- My Combat Droid leapt into action and charged into the Grand Pagoda!
- It's charged with X Enerchi, and will hunt in the dangerous mists until its batteries run out.
- When hunting in the Pagoda, the battery are used from the highest chosen Battery.
- The charge usage is based on the Battery number.
- When a Battery charge is drained, the next lower Battery is used (with lower boosts and charge consumption), all the way down to Battery 1.
- With a final crackle, the current battery ran out of Enerchi and shut down!
- The next battery in sequence will be used but my Combat Droid now has slightly less bonus Power and Luck.
- When all the charge is drained, the Hunter is transferred to the Training Grounds.
- My Combat Droid ran out of Enerchi!
- My Droid ran out of battery power, but with a final effort, managed to fight its way out of the Grand Pagoda!
- The Hunter can choose to recall the Droid before the charge is drained.
- Doing so returns the Hunter to the Training Grounds.
- Half the the charge is converted back to Enerchi.
- I ordered my Combat Droid to retreat back to safety.
- I was able to salvage X Enerchi before the rest was drained from its batteries.

Hunting Strategy
Hunting Tips by Larry
Greetings Hunter! You have traveled quite a ways since first entering the Furoma Training Grounds. It is now time to put that knowledge and skill to the ultimate test! Welcome to the Furoma Rift!
The Furoma Rift consists of two areas: The Grand Pagoda and the Training Grounds that surround it. This is where the mice of the Rift make pilgrimage in order to learn the martial arts and achieve enlightenment.
Inside the Pagoda, the Rift mist is too thick for a hunter to see or breathe but luckily it seems another Rift explorer has left behind a capable-but-damaged remote control Combat Droid! This Droid will take your trap into the Grand Pagoda for you but it looks like it needs some repairs first...
The Droid comes with a damaged battery matrix consisting of a total of 10 batteries. It looks like one battery is still functional but you will need to repair the rest to get the most out of your Droid.
Mice throughout the Furoma Rift drop a mysterious and powerful energy source, known as "Enerchi", that can be harnessed to bring your Combat Droid to life. Once you have collected enough to charge the battery matrix, you can select the number of functional batteries to charge before sending in your Droid.
Guarded by mice inside the Grand Pagoda are Battery Fragments that can be used to repair the batteries on your Combat Droid, allowing it to carry more Enerchi. These fragments are carried by Students, Masters, the Grand Master of the Dojo, and the powerful Supreme Sensei Mouse.
Each active battery in your Droid's battery matrix also provides Power and Luck bonuses to your trap. The more batteries that are active, the stronger your trap will become! However, greater heights of power come with a greater cost: The more active batteries your Droid has, the greater the Enerchi drain. More charged batteries means more Enerchi will be consumed on each hunt.
Keep fighting your way through the Furoma Rift to prove yourself against some of the most powerful mice we've encountered in the Rift thus far and unlock the secrets to a new, more powerful Rift trap!
