Mice with Special Requirements
- Relic Hunter Mouse – This mouse visits the Muridae Market on an irregular basis. It does not consume cheese or charms. Hunters must have an Ancient Relic in their inventory to attract this mouse. The Ancient Relic will be taken by the Relic Hunter Mouse in exchange for a Relic Hunter Scroll Case.
Hunting Strategy
Brie or Gouda can be used in this location, but hunters wishing to attract Desert Architect will need to arm SUPER|brie+. Artisan Charms are required to attract Blacksmith and Mage Weaver.
Hunters may choose the order of rebuilding the shops, with the exceptions that the General Store has to be rebuilt before either Trapsmith or Charm Shoppe, and the Charm Shoppe should be rebuilt before the Cartographer, unless the hunter has access to Artisan Charms from a different source.
Adventure Book
Hunters can Rebuild the Muridae Market by constructing all 5 Shops.
Hunting tips by Larry
Oh dear, the Marching Flame has left this market in ruins!
Merchants have ordered a large supply of construction materials but it seems the local mice have managed to steal them all! They need your help hunting down the thieving rodents to find the materials required to rebuild their shops.
Rebuilding each shop will require varying amounts of Limestone Brick, Coconut Timber and Molten Glass. To make Molten Glass you'll need to first rebuild the General Store where Shards of Glass and Flameshards can be exchanged in return for Molten Glass.
Using Brie or Gouda Cheese works well at attracting mice that carry construction materials, however using SUPER|brie+ will attract the cunning Desert Architect Mouse. Don't let their size fool you -- Desert Architects are known to carry a large supply of building materials!
The Charm Shoppe requires quite a few materials to rebuild, but by rebuilding it you'll be able to purchase Artisan Charms. These charms will attract a wider variety of mice that carry unique loot including an abundance of orbs!
Good luck rebuilding the market, and remember: Limestone is heavy, lift with your legs!
Location-Specific Effects
Charms
- The Artisan Charm enables the encountering of the Blacksmith and Mage Weaver and decreases the attraction rate of mice that do not drop materials for rebuilding. In addition to that Market Guard, Market Thief and Snake Charmer are not attracted on arming Artisan Charms.
