The Meadow is the only location besides the Town of Gnawnia that a beginning hunter has access to. The chance of a hunter encountering one of the more powerful breeds of mice in the Meadow is very remote, as this location is generally used by Novice hunters to safely catch weaker mice and accumulate gold and experience points, albeit slowly.

Overview

The Meadow is the starting point for every hunter and is the only location that a Novice Hunter can access.

Mice in the Meadow cannot steal gold, points, or extra cheese.

Hunters accessing the Meadow for the first time will only have access to Physical weapons, but the mice here have a weakness to all Power Types.

New Hunters will see this message in the Hunter's Journal:

I have been hired by the King of Gnawnia to catch mice.
These mice are like none I've seen before! I've been warned about mice made of diamond, savvy pirate mice and even dangerous zombie mice!

Mice

All mice in this area are from the Indigenous Mice group and are weak to all Power Types.
