| colspan="2" align="center" style="font-size:110%; padding:10px;" | This windmill, and the farm beside it, used to belong to one of Gnawnia's most prosperous farmers before the mice took it over. Windmill mice enjoy the simple life down on the farm, but don't be fooled by their relaxed attitude-- they're laid-back about everything but cheese.

Collecting Bounties
+
Repairing the Windmill
Hunters can collect bounties on six mice found in the Town of Gnawnia. The current bounty being offered is shown in the Heads-Up Display (HUD), along with information about the mouse and the reward for capturing it. Collecting bounties is completely optional, but doing so allows Hunters to also complete the Secure the Town of Gnawnia adventure in the Adventure Book.
+
When Hunters first enter the Windmill it is not operating properly. The Heads-Up Display (HUD) shows a speed gauge which initially reads 0 RPM. As Hunters catch mice, the power of the Windmill increases. Mice will drop Packets of Flour which can be used to purchase Grilled Cheese in the Windmill Cheese Shoppe. Arming Grilled Cheese allows Hunters to attract and catch the Captain Croissant Mouse, which boosts the Windmill to its top speed of 60 RPM. Once the top speed is reached, the Windmill is fully repaired and will not lose speed over time.

The bounties are offered in a specific order and once claimed they cannot be repeated.
+
The HUD shows the following items:
1. Cowardly Mouse - 250 gold
+
*The current speed of the Windmill and the status of the repair effort.
2. Dwarf Mouse - 500 gold
+
:*When repairs are complete, the HUD shows this message:
3. Longtail Mouse - 800 gold
+
::The Windmill has been repaired and will remain at top speed!
4. Pugilist Mouse - 1,000 gold
+
*The number of Packets of Flour in a Hunter's inventory.
5. Flying Mouse - 1,500 gold
+
:*A button for buying Grilled Cheese.
6. Speedy Mouse - 1,500 gold
+
::Packet of Flour
+
::Hunt mice to loot this item, then trade it in batches of 12 to buy Grilled Cheese.
+
*The number of Grilled Cheese in a Hunter's inventory.
+
:*A button for arming Grilled Cheese.
+
::Grilled Cheese
+
::Arm this gooey delight to lure out the elusive Captain Croissant Mouse!
+
*A portrait of Captain Croissant that, once caught, will show a green checkmark.

Once completed, the HUD displays the following messages:
+
While arming Grilled Cheese to catch the Captain Croissant Mouse is completely optional, doing so will complete Repair the Windmill from the Adventure Book.

::The town is safe again!

::Keep upgrading your trap, and when you're ready, travel to the Windmill!

:::::and

::Town of Gnawnia Most Wanted

::You've cleaned up this town!

Hunting Tips by Larry
+
Congratulations, MouseHunter! You've reached the Windmill, a rustic locale where Apprentice MouseHunters go to prove their worth. A group of rowdy country mice overran this farm a while back, and ever since, they've been throwing a hoedown with the farmer's crops!

Welcome to the Town of Gnawnia, home of His Majesty, the King!
+
Recently, a gigantic bread-like mouse has taken up residence inside of the Windmill. This has caused production problems that only a MouseHunter can solve!

Gnawnia has two shops. The first is the Cheese Shoppe where you can buy bait for your trap, and the second is the Trapsmith, where you can buy new trap parts.
+
• Catch mice in the Windmill
+
• Every catch helps the Windmill operate more efficiently
+
The more you catch, the more the Windmill can produce!
+
• Collect Packets of Flour and create Grilled Cheese
+
• Capture the Captain Croissant Mouse!

When you reach the title of Apprentice, you may want to try hunting at the Windmill. Visit the Travel page to access your map and travel to other hunting grounds.
+
Once you have captured Captain Croissant the Windmill will be restored to its fully operational status, making loot drops of flour much easier to find!
+

+
So set your trap, MouseHunter, and discover all the wacky and wonderful mouse breeds at the Windmill! Fight hard, and trap often, and you'll be an Initiate in no time!

This windmill, and the farm beside it, used to belong to one of Gnawnia's most prosperous farmers before the mice took it over. Windmill mice enjoy the simple life down on the farm, but don't be fooled by their relaxed attitude-- they're laid-back about everything but cheese.

Overview

The Windmill is a location in the Gnawnia region requiring a minimum rank of Apprentice to enter.
Mice in the Windmill cannot steal gold, points, or extra cheese.
Hunters accessing the Windmill for the first time will only have access to Physical weapons, but the mice here have a weakness to all Power Types.

Repairing the Windmill

The HUD shows the following items:

 • The current speed of the Windmill and the status of the repair effort.
 • When repairs are complete, the HUD shows this message:
The Windmill has been repaired and will remain at top speed!
Packet of Flour
Hunt mice to loot this item, then trade it in batches of 12 to buy Grilled Cheese.
Grilled Cheese
Arm this gooey delight to lure out the elusive Captain Croissant Mouse!

While arming Grilled Cheese to catch the Captain Croissant Mouse is completely optional, doing so will complete Repair the Windmill from the Adventure Book.

Mice

All mice in this area are from the Indigenous Mice group and are weak to all Power Types.

Cheese Preference and Loot

Standard Cheese attracts most mice in the Windmill.
White Cheddar Cheese will reduce the mouse population by repelling the Brown, Grey, and White mice.
Grilled Cheese will attract only the Captain Croissant Mouse.
SUPER|brie+ will attract all mice in the Windmill except the Captain Croissant Mouse.

Hunting Tips by Larry

Congratulations, MouseHunter! You've reached the Windmill, a rustic locale where Apprentice MouseHunters go to prove their worth. A group of rowdy country mice overran this farm a while back, and ever since, they've been throwing a hoedown with the farmer's crops!

Recently, a gigantic bread-like mouse has taken up residence inside of the Windmill. This has caused production problems that only a MouseHunter can solve!

• Catch mice in the Windmill
• Every catch helps the Windmill operate more efficiently
• The more you catch, the more the Windmill can produce!
• Collect Packets of Flour and create Grilled Cheese
• Capture the Captain Croissant Mouse!

Once you have captured Captain Croissant the Windmill will be restored to its fully operational status, making loot drops of flour much easier to find!

So set your trap, MouseHunter, and discover all the wacky and wonderful mouse breeds at the Windmill! Fight hard, and trap often, and you'll be an Initiate in no time!
