The Town of Gnawnia is the starting point of every new MouseHunter. In town, the hunter can find a Trapsmith as well as a Cheese Shoppe. Gnawnia's Cheese Shoppe is currently the ideal choice of the three Cheese Shoppes in Mousehunt, as it offers better prices for common Cheddar than does the Cheese Shoppe in the Town of Digby and has a far wider selection than the Cheese Shoppe in Furoma.
The mice that can be found in the Town of Gnawnia are the White Mouse, Grey Mouse, Brown Mouse, Dwarf Mouse, Steel Mouse, Granite Mouse, Bionic Mouse, Gold Mouse, and Diamond Mouse. Some of the rarer mice that can be found in the Town are the Pirate Mouse, Zombie Mouse, Black Widow Mouse, and Burglar Mouse, and Mobster Mouse. Traveling to the Town is free from any location.
