The shores of the great Tribal Island is where the Elub Tribe call home. The Elub utilize the resources of the ocean to build tools and shelter. Use of a Hydro trap is highly recommended while hunting for the Elub.

Overview

The Elub Shore is a location in the Tribal Isles region requiring a minimum rank of Legendary and cthe Ocean Navigation Kit to enter.
Mice in this location may steal points, gold, or multiple pieces of cheese if not captured.

Hunters must hunt with Standard Cheese or SUPER|brie+ in order to obtain Seashells which are required for crafting Shell Cheese.
Shell Cheese is required to attract the mice that drop Blue Pepper Seeds that are necessary for crafting the cheeses required to attract mice in the Jungle of Dread and Dracano.

Ocean Navigation Kit

The Ocean Navigation Kit grants hunters access to the Tribal Isles region. It can be crafted using the following formula:

Elub Shore Mice

The mice found in the Elub Shore are weak to Hydro weapons. The use of other Power Types should be avoided in this location.

Hunters will need to hunt with Shell Cheese in order to attract the mice that drop Blue Pepper Seeds. Pepper Seeds are necessary for crafting the cheeses required in the Jungle of Dread and Dracano.

Cheese Preference and Loot

Standard Cheese attracts all mice in the Elub Shore, except the Elub Chieftain, Champion, Protector, and Black Widow mice.
Gouda Cheese has the best attraction rate of the Standard Cheeses and it will not attract the Pinchy Mouse.
SUPER|brie+ is required to attract the Black Widow Mouse and attracts all other mice in the Elub Shore, except the Elub Chieftain, Champion, Protector, and Pinchy mice.
Shell Cheese attracts the Elub Chieftain, Champion, and Protector mice.

Mice with Special Requirements

• Relic Hunter Mouse – This mouse visits Elub Shore on an irregular basis and is attracted to Standard Cheese and SUPER|brie+. Hunters must have an Ancient Relic in their inventory to attract this mouse. The Ancient Relic will be taken by the Relic Hunter Mouse in exchange for a Relic Hunter Scroll Case.
• M400 – This mouse will sometimes be available in Elub Shore when Hunters are actively working an M400 Hunting Research Assignment. It is attracted only to Fusion Fondue which will not attract any other mice. It drops a wide variety of loot.

Shell Cheese is required to attract the mice that drop Blue Pepper Seeds that are necessary for crafting the cheeses required to attract mice in the Jungle of Dread and Dracano.

Standard Cheese attracts all mice in the Elub Shore, except the Elub Chieftain, Champion, Protector, and Black Widow mice.

• The Elub Power Charm provides +600 power and a 5% power bonus when hunting in the Elub Shore.

Traps

• The Isle Idol Hydroplane Skin is a limited edition skin that converts the power type of the Isle Idol Trap to Hydro and gives double Seashell drops in the Elub Shore.

Bases

• The Tiki Base provides a +6 luck bonus when hunting in Elub Shore.
• The Tribal Kaboom Base (limited edition) may increase the quantity of Seashells and Blue Pepper Seeds dropped as loot by mice in the Elub Shore.

Adventure Book

Hunters can complete steps to Defeat the Tribe Chieftains by using Shell Cheese on the Elub Shore to catch the Elub Chieftain Mouse.

Hunters can complete steps to Defeat the Dreaded Horde and Slay the Dragon Mouse by locating the source of Blue Pepper Seeds on the Elub Shore.

Library Assignments

• M400 Hunting Research Assignment - This assignment may require collecting 1 Piece of M400 Intel from mice in the Elub Shore and/or capture the M400.

Tournaments

Elub Shore mice are worth points during some Tournaments.

Mice in the Elub Shore are often found on Tribal Isles Treasure Maps, Tribal and Shelder Hunt Treasure Maps, and Relic Hunter Treasure Maps.

Hunting tips by Larry

I welcome you to Elub Shore, although the mice of the Elub Tribe do not share my sense of hospitality!

The mice of the Elub Tribe treasure wisdom and knowledge over strength and power. As a result, you'll find the Shore an excellent place to expand your hunting knowledge and move up in the ranks of MouseHunting! To be successful here, you will need either Gouda or SUPER|brie+ and a Hydro weapon. If you lack a Hydro weapon, return to the Trapsmith on the S.S. Huntington III or the General Store back in Cape Clawed, which carries a blueprint for a very powerful Hydro trap.

You may notice that some of the mice here carry Seashells. Mice of the Elub Tribe enjoy the salt deposits found in the shells, and grind them up to make an oddly shaped delicacy called Shell Cheese. If you figure out the recipe, be sure you are well prepared, as I suspect the most skilled mice in the tribe, including their leader, the Chieftain, will quickly attack your trap.

Oh, and one more thing. . . do you mind turning down the volume on that Hunter's Horn? I am going to find a comfy spot on the beach to relax!

Shops

There are no shops in Elub Shore. Shops for the Tribal Isles region can be found in the Cape Clawed.

History and Trivia

The names of three locations in the Tribal Isles are roughly the tribes' colours backwards. Elub Shore takes its name after the colour 'blue', and the Elub tribe mice wear blue clothes.
