Tribal Crafting Items
These crafting items can be found in the Tribal Isles region and are used to craft a wide variety of items
Item | Source | Use | Description |
---|---|---|---|
Ancient Spear Gun | This magical spear is carried by the eldest mice of the Elub tribe. | ||
Balack's Lantern | This strange old lantern must have been sitting in the seawater for too long. No matter what you use, a conventional fire just won’t set it alight. Perhaps a more magical flame might bring it to life. | ||
|
Pepper Plants: Crunchy Green Inferno Magical Blue Pungent Purple |
These small seeds smell of salt water are slightly moist to the touch. Two seeds placed in a planting pot results in a pepper plant with a magical sparkle. | |
Vengeful Vanilla Stilton Cheese | This potion contains all of the hatred and loathing generated by the ensorcelled Derr Elders over their long servitude to Balak the Banished. It is so angry, it pounds the cork in its bottle, trying to escape. | ||
Crunchy Cheese Gumbo Cheese Havarti Cheese Oasis Water Node Trap Shell Cheese Vanilla Stilton Cheese Vengeful Vanilla Stilton Cheese |
Made from giant coconuts found deep in the Jungle of Dread this sweet milk is highly addictive. | ||
|
Ocean Navigation Kit | When all you can see is water, knowing your way north is a good thing! This handy instrument is essential for putting together a navigation kit. | |
Creamy Havarti | The scent of these peppers is mildly addictive. Six peppers, ten servings of Coconut Milk, along with some Curds and Whey and salt make some of the creamiest tasting cheese ever. | ||
Crunchy Havarti | A rather noisy snack, these crunchy peppers always taste fresh no matter how long ago they were picked. Six peppers, four servings of Coconut Milk, along with some Curds and Whey and Salt make a cheese with a unique crunchy texture. | ||
Crunchy Cheese | These tasty small rocks are collected by members of the Derr tribe within the dunes of Tribal Isle and are used to create Crunchy cheese. 30 of these rocks are combined with 20 servings of coconut milk, 10 curds and whey and 30 dashes of salt to make 15 pieces of tooth-chipping cheese. | ||
|
Balack's Lantern Cackle Lantern Trap Molten Shrapnel Base |
This nugget of molten rock glows with the Dragon Mouse’s enchanted flames. It burns bright enough to pierce any darkness, but in order to use it as a guide, its handler must first find some way to contain its searing heat. You can use the Hunter's Hammer on this item! If you smash it, you'll get: 1 Fire Salt You can smash it from the Crafting page. | |
|
Inferno Havarti | Famous around the Tribal Isles for giving a decent kick to many dishes as well as being used to make very strange and salty glass, this slightly molten sodium chloride is too hot to handle! | |
Inferno Havarti | These white-hot peppers begin to radiate heat as they mature, often slightly scorching the plant on which they grow. Six of these peppers combined with 16 servings of Coconut Milk along with some Curds and Whey and Fire Salt make six pieces of highly combustible bait. | ||
Magical Havarti | Believed to grant the gift of intelligence upon any who eat them, these peppers are a highly treasured item amoungst the Elub tribe. Six peppers, 2 servings of Coconut Milk, along with some Curds and Whey and salt make a cheese with a magical sparkle. | ||
Vengeful Vanilla Stilton | This powder is the distilled essence of the Elub Elders' irritation at being cooped up in Balak's Cove. Don't let it get on your skin-- you'll itch for weeks. | ||
Pepper Plants Unstable Gourd |
This ornate terracotta pot, crafted by the locals of the Tribal Isles, makes the perfect vessel in which to plant seeds. | ||
Pungent Havarti | Cutting into these pungent peppers can quickly clear a room. Six peppers, eight servings of Coconut Milk, along with some Curds and Whey and salt make a cheese with a bitter taste and foul stench. | ||
Vengeful Vanilla Stilton | These raisins probably started out as grapes of wrath, but they've been sitting out for far too long. The drying process has only concentrated the wrath, so use them sparingly in any evil banana breads or nasty oatmeal cookies you may be planning. Wrath Raisins are best known as an ingredient in Vengeful Vanilla Stilton. | ||
|
Pepper Plants: Creamy Orange Inferno Pungent Purple Spicy Red |
Nearly indestructible, these seeds are rock-hard and extremely hot to the touch. Two seeds planted in a pot results in a pepper plant radiating heat, on the brink of self-combustion. | |
|
Enraged RhinoBot RhinoBot |
Coveted by members of the Derr tribe, this incredibly sharp horn stands as a symbol of intimidation and strength. | |
|
Gumbo Cheese | Farmed on the eastern plains of Tribal Isle by members of the Nerg tribe, these savoury vegetables are the main ingredient in Gumbo cheese. Created in a large stew, 30 veggies are combined with 90 curds and whey, 15 servings of coconut milk and a single dash of salt to create 15 pieces of Gumbo cheese. | |
|
Shell Cheese | These shells are collected from the shores of Tribal Isle by members of the Elub tribe and ground up to make Shell cheese. Made in large batches, 30 of these shells are combined with 10 servings of coconut milk, 60 curds and whey and 40 dashes of salt to produce 15 salty morsels. | |
|
Ocean Navigation Kit | Essential for navigating the ocean this sextant is sure to come in handy when searching for new hunting grounds and is an essential part of any navigation kit. | |
Spicy Havarti | Far too hot for human consumption, these peppers smell a bit like magma and appear to slowly roast themselves over time. Six peppers, 12 servings of Coconut Milk, along with some Curds and Whey and Salt make for some extremely spicy cheese! | ||
Sweet Havarti | Sweet enough to make cheeks pucker, these bright yellow peppers are a favourite amongst the Nerg tribe. Six peppers, six servings of Coconut Milk, along with some Curds and Whey and Salt make a smooth and sweet cheese. | ||
|
Ocean Navigation Kit | Every intrepid explorer is sure to have a telescope in their navigation kit to spot far off land. | |
|
Thorned Venus Mouse Trap | These vines grow within the Jungle of Dread and are used by members of the Nerg tribe to build defensive structures. The roots seem to still be alive, eager to bond with another plant... | |
S.S. Huntington III | A mighty ocean vessel awaiting a name. Smash a bottle of the King's Bubbleh over its stern to be ready to sail to ocean! | ||
Vanilla Stilton Vengeful Vanilla Stilton |
This rare bean is only available deep within the Jungle of Dread, but its rind imparts a pleasant, sweet flavor to food. As a result, it is one of Gnawnia's most expensive delicacies. | ||
|
Pepper Plants: Creamy Orange Crunchy Green Inferno Sweet Yellow |
Extremely fertile these seeds vibrate slightly, eager to grow. Two seeds sown in a pot results in a plant bearing a strange yellow pepper that is simultaneously sweet and hot. | |

Cheese | Contains encrypted data about the strengths and weaknesses of the currently known cheese types in Gnawnia. These were manufactured to be installed into the M400, allowing it to translate taste, aroma, attraction and avoidance for types of cheese it encounters.
